Patriot Act - "a foreign organization that is designated as 'terrorist' can challenge its designation, but someone who supports it cannot."
This means that a foreign group may be granted more due process than a criminal defendant.
Someone who is charged, not proven guilty, of supporting a terrorist organization is prohibited from challenging his/her designation. This basically states that anyone accused of being linked to a terrorist organization forfeits their right of due process. Fair?

You see, this is why I despise the blanket attacks on Fox News - occasionally, like all news stations, the play sound bites of truth. If you become a crazed Fox hater, you're going to miss those sound bites. Moreover, I've heard plenty of deception coming from the other news stations as well. Just take everything you read and hear these days from our controlled media (yes, I mean not JUST FOX), with a grain of salt.

A Majority of US Politicians are NWO owned & are in violation of the LOGAN ACT. They are powerless unless the Bilderberg Group or CFR tells them what to do. They are all TRAITORS to We the People, Bill of Rights and US Constitution. Their legislation flawed as they lie to get elected and never do what they were elected to do.
